Happy hump day! Welcome to The Next’s Daily Briefing, featuring the W Roundup, daily Watch List, and Yesterday’s Recap! Day 99 of college basketball is here, bringing you leg one of (effectively) the A-10 regular-season championship! Dayton heads east to Rhode Island, where Her Hoop Stats have the Rams as a 4.5-point favorite. Iowa State and Texas follows that; the Longhorns beat the Cyclones in their first meeting, the latter missing the Joens sisters due to their unvaccinated status following a COVID exposure. The Cyclones basically need a win here to stay a favorite for the Big 12 title, while Texas… well they’re basically already out.
