Unrivaled has announced the head coaches for its second season and final three players to fill its 48-player roster. Four coaches from the inaugural season will return to lead their teams, and four new ones will be joining the league in January.
The professional 3-on-3 league shared the 2026 head coaches on X on Thursday, with the caption, “The 2026 head coaches are SET. Welcome to season 2.”
The new coaches include Liberty assistant coach Zach O’Brien, who will be taking over Mist Basketball Club from Dallas Mavericks assistant Phil Handy, who will not be returning for the second season. Connecticut Sun assistant coach Roneeka Hodges will lead Phantom BC, as former Brooklyn Nets assistant Adam Harrington will also not be returning.
Noelle Quinn, who was let go by the Seattle Storm after five years with the team, will join the league as head coach for Breeze BC, one of the two expansion teams added by the league. Leading the second expansion team, Hive BC, is Chicago Sky assistant coach and Nigerian Women’s National Team head coach, Rena Wakama.
The returning coaches include Teresa Weatherspoon for Vinyl BC, Nola Henry for Rose BC, Andrew Wade for Laces BC and DJ Sackmann for Lunar Owls BC.

The final 3 players part of the 48-spot roster were announced as well. The athletes include Rebecca Allen of the Chicago Sky, Aari McDonald, who finished out the 2025 WNBA season with the Indiana Fever, and Dominique Malonga of the Seattle Storm. They join 16 other new additions to Unrivaled, including Kelsey Plum, KiKi Iriafen, Paige Bueckers, Saniya Rivers, Sonia Citron, Veronica Burton, and Kelsey Mitchell.
In Unrivaled’s first season, Rose BC won the championship by defeating Vinyl BC 62-54. The second season of Unrivaled is set to tip off Jan. 5, 2026.
