We’re once again taking a data visualization-based look at the SDHL season so far because I put in the effort to get the data and am trying to harvest as much from the fruit of my labors as I possibly can but this time with a different viz style: the minute by minute wafflesque viz!

This viz style gives similar information to the score growth charts you may have seen recently. They both visualize how the score progressed and changed and the final result in all the games a certain team has played so far. However, these put in emphasis not only that the score changed, but when it happened, and all the more temporal information that entails.
