The PWHLPA, the players’ association representing those in the PWHL, publicly released all salary data on Tuesday evening. The data, which is accessible here, includes all players under contract at the time of publication. This salary info reflects the 2025-26 season and reflects base salaries only. Bonuses, incentives, and other forms of compensation provided in the collective bargaining agreement are not included.

There are a a few key points to remember as you look at this information. Minimum salary for this season was $37,131.50. Seventeen players across the league made the minimum. Per the CBA, the average base salary on each team was to be $58,349.50, with a variation of up to 10 percent allowed due to player movement and new signings.

Not included in these figures, for instance, are the competition bonuses awarded to some players. As Walter Cup champions, the Montrรฉal Victoire receive $67,101.93 to split as a team. The Ottawa Charge receive $42,701.23 to split as the runners-up. Individual players who win awards such as top forward and rookie of the year receive additional incentives.

Overall, the league spent $11,110,938.65 on player salaries in the 2025-26 season. Here’s how the salary figures break down by team:
